Enhance and improve the capabilities of Arab civil protection personnel
to keep pace with modern technology in dealing with climate change.
Establishment of a unified Arab geospatial database specialized in
monitoring and analyzing climate phenomena and resulting disasters,
in coordination among Arab civil protection agencies.
Engage youth, volunteers, and civil society organizations in the efforts
of civil protection agencies to address climate variations.
Consider climate change when developing urban plans for Arab cities
to ensure urban sustainability.
Call upon NAUSS to conduct scientific activities, training, research, and
studies in the field of Arab civil protection agencies dealing with climate
variations.
